Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to Orders.
2. Select the order and click "Return / Exchange".
3. Choose items and reason. We will arrange a pickup.
4. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Innerwear and accessories for hygiene reasons
• Items showing signs of wear, wash, or damage

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment method or Apparel Store wallet credit (your choice).
