These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SPRSTR website, operated by 123 Apparels (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. 1. Use of the site

• You must be 18 or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to place an order.
• You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to circumvent security measures.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable; keep your login details secure.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a term has been breached.

2. Orders, pricing & taxes

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• The final price, any Cash-on-Delivery handling charge, applicable shipping charge, and taxes are shown on the checkout page before you place the order. Please review them before confirming.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm the order and process your payment (for prepaid) or accept the COD instruction (for Cash-on-Delivery).
• We may cancel an order in cases of a genuine pricing error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other reasonable operational grounds. Any amount already paid will be refunded per our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — graphics, designs, prints, product photographs, text, layout, and branding — is the property of 123 Apparels or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.

5. User conduct

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other users or us.
• Do not upload malicious code, attempt to scrape at abusive rates, or bypass rate limits.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, use another person’s payment method without authority, or misuse promotions/coupons.
• We may cancel offending orders and take further action permitted by law.

6. Third-party services

We use third-party providers for payments, courier logistics, messaging, hosting, and analytics. Their use is described in our Privacy Policy. Their services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 123 Apparels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the site or the purchase or use of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for defective goods under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at the seat of our registered office will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the site.
