Shipping Policy

We ship across serviceable pin codes in India through our courier partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Indicative delivery timelines

The estimates below are counted from the day of dispatch and exclude Sundays and public holidays:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

These are indicative ranges. Actual delivery may be affected by pincode serviceability, courier operational delays, extreme weather, natural disruptions, festivals, and public holidays. If your order is delayed materially beyond the range above, please reach us — we’re happy to check with the courier on your behalf.

Free shipping

Orders at or above ₹699 ship free. Standard shipping charges apply on smaller orders and are shown on the checkout page before you confirm.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible orders and serviceable pin codes. A COD handling charge may apply — the exact applicable charge for your order is shown on the checkout page before you place the order.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you can track its status from your order confirmation page. Signed-in customers can also view every order and its current tracking status from Account › Orders.

If you cannot find your order confirmation or need help locating your order, please contact support with your order number and we’ll assist directly.

Address changes & failed delivery

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Once an order is handed over to the courier, changes to the delivery address are subject to what the courier allows and cannot be guaranteed. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry per their standard process; repeated failures may result in the parcel being returned to us.
